Dear Wertheimer Families,

We are getting so excited for the start of a brand new school year, and we cannot wait to welcome all of our new Hawks to campus soon! We are thrilled to partner with you for what is sure to be an incredible year of learning, growth, and innovation! Please take a moment to check out the information below regarding school supplies, P.E. uniforms, Sneak Peek (Student Orientation), and Transportation. To help our families prepare for the upcoming school year, we are sharing our School Supply List for your convenience. We also offer an easy option to take the guesswork out of back-to-school shopping! School Supply Packs are available for purchase and include everything your child needs to start the school year strong.

Cost: $80

Deadline to purchase: July 15, 2026

Pick-up: During Sneak Peek on August 5th, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM

Everything is included except a sturdy backpack, which families will need to provide. Please also keep in mind that some teachers may request additional supplies specific to their courses, but you will have plenty of time to purchase those once school begins.

Purchase your child’s supply pack through SchoolCash Online using the link below or QR code provided on the flyer. If you already have an account set up—great! When ordering, please be sure to enter your child’s first and last name where it asks, “Who are you purchasing this for?” This will help ensure a smooth and efficient pick-up process during Sneak Peek (Student Orientation).

Combination locks may be purchased independently or through the school for $5.00. Coaches will distribute purchased locks and teach students how to open them, with practice time built into class before students begin dressing out.
