Principal Leslie Spencer leads the Hawks at Wertheimer Middle School. With over 25 years in public education, Ms. Spencer has held a variety of leadership roles including ELAR teacher, volleyball coach, Assistant Principal, Associate Principal, and Director of Instruction. She brings a strong background in campus leadership, instructional coaching, and student achievement to her role at Wertheimer. A graduate of Missouri Baptist University and Lamar University, Ms. Spencer is a dedicated advocate for both students and staff. She is passionate about fostering a positive school culture, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring high levels of learning for all students. Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth, and she is proud to serve the Wertheimer Middle School community.
